‘Tis the season of giving!

We were back out at the weekend running a shoot to raise money for Cancer Research.

Thank you to all who came, supported, joined in, bought raffle tickets and all in all made the day a huge success with £842.00 being raised.

We had a nice number of game shot, which was either taken by our team of guns (the local farmers) to enjoy or donated to local people. Game meat really is available to anyone with lots of our local butchers selling it too.

A great day was had by all even though we did endure a sleet storm and a bitterly cold wind but we are already looking forward to our next charity day.
