It's #NationalDogDay and to a great chance to showcase some of the fantastic working breeds that are our companions every day of the year, including on shoot days when they play many vital roles in the running of a successful day.

Many of todays modern breeds of dog, including the most popular family pets such as the Labrador and working Cocker Spaniel, have started as purely working gundogs who, due to their fantastic temperaments and abilities, have gone on to work in many different fields including as guide dogs, tracking dogs, sniffer dogs and police dogs.
