Lapwing nests on the burnt/cut moors.

Again the lapwings choose a burnt/cut area on the moors in Calderdale to nest and rear her chicks. With good pest control and vigilant gamekeepers and farmers practicing age old land management techniques hopefully her young will come back to these moors to breed themselves.
