The Scottish Gamekeepers Association have made this 30 minute film explaining how and why the research on a 20 year study conducted by University of York on Peatland Management is being conducted.

We are constantly told “citizen science“ and “local knowledge” is not enough when it comes to the sustainability of moorland habitats, well here is the science so far.

Emotion and speculation is not good enough when those opposed to traditional land management say it should be banned.
