Charity clay shoots raised £2000 for local cricket club.

We were pleased to hand over a cheque at the weekend to one of our local cricket clubs to help with essential repairs.

We look forward every year to fund raising for local charities and organisations around Nidderdale with our charity clay shoots and shoot day collections and this year Pateley Bridge Cricket Club have been given £2000.00 to replace the old fence around the ground.

Many of our moorland gamekeepers, beaters, flankers and other shoot day staff and their families play cricket throughout the summer in the small local teams in our rural communities and we are pleased to be able to help keep this tradition in the dale going.
